Say Hello to Mr Gooey Ms Chewy and go Mmm- Brownies three ways! Simply altering the baking powder proportions and leaving it out totally in one, gives three very different textured Brownies! All yum in their own ways.
Yeah, this has to be the simplest recipe ever for Brownies. No chocolate on the double boiler, no electric beater needed, just mix, bake and enjoy! A big shout of thanks to my friend Shilpa Pinaki whose recipes are ever reliable and incredibly easy to follow! Shilpa, this one’s for you buddy! The Basic Brownie
